The area near the golf club is characterised by its tranquillity. It is an area where most of the houses enjoy a lot of privacy and are located in an environment surrounded by nature.

In this section we have included both the exclusive La Lluca residential complex, with a single entrance and exit and security cameras. The villas here have large plots and their construction is of high quality. It is located 10 minutes from the Arenal beach and 15 minutes drive from Moraira.
